STANDARD – ATTENDANCE for DISCOUNTED SCHOOL FEES, when enrolling for the whole school year (10month) with a notice period of 2 months and an obligation to pay school fees in case the center is closed for extraordinary reasons (1-5 months tuition Standard with 20 % surcharge, is not applied if the child continues in the attendance in following school year) Tuition price list for the month of attendance: full-day 8-17:30 (9.5 h), half-day 8-13:00 (5 h), registration fee 2000 Kč/school year 5 days a week: full day CZK 11,980/half day CZK 10,770 4 days a week: full day CZK 10,770 / half day CZK 9,560 3 days a week: full day CZK 9,560 / half day CZK 8,350 2 days a week: full day CZK 7,690 / half day CZK 6,480 +1 day to the program: full day CZK 990/half day CZK 890 +1 afternoon to the half-day program: CZK 300 § Sibling discount for the 2nd child with all-day attendance of both children 5 days a week: 15 % discount for full-day attendance, 0% discount for half-day attendance § The educational center undertakes to provide and keep a place for the child throughout the school year (September 1 – June 30) and to maintain the same amount of school fees. § The parent undertakes to pay school fees on time according to the selected attendance for all months of the school year, regardless of the number of days used in the month or days off or the center being closed for extraordinary reasons § DISCOUNT WHEN THE CENTER IS CLOSED for extraordinary reasons beyond the scope of the holiday mentioned in the organization of the school year Salomon Family Preschool: 15 working days or more – DISCOUNT 20% of paid school fees, 6-10 working days – DISCOUNT 10% of paid school fees, up to 5 days inclusive – DISCOUNT 0% of paid school fees CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION FOR ATTENDANCE FOR DISCOUNTED SCHOOLS – STANDARD The Standard reduced tuition fees apply when a child is enrolled in an educational centre for the entire school year, i.e. until 30 June, they are paid in the same monthly amount throughout the school year, regardless of the number of days drawn per month or the number of free days per month. The closing time of the centre is governed by the Organization of the school year, which is an annex to this regulation. 1) The educational centre undertakes to secure and hold a place for the child and to maintain the same amount of tuition fees throughout the school year. 2) The parent / legal guardian undertakes to pay tuition fees on time according to the selected attendance for all months of the school year, regardless of the number of days drawn per month or days off. 3) The yearly registration fee for enrolling a child in an educational centre is CZK 2,000. 4) Sibling discount for all day 5 days a week attendace is 15 % for the 2nd child, if both children signed up full time. 5) In the case of enrollment for a period of 1-5 months, there is the 20 % surcharge of the tuition fee. If the child starts during the school year and stays till the end of the school year (minimum 3 month) or continues to attend in the following school year, the surcharge will not be included. 6) Payment of tuition fees – Tuition fees are payable in advance, by the 20th day of the month preceding the month of attendance for which the tuition fees are paid. Tuition fees are paid to account number: 224 026 525/0300 at ČSOB, when paying, you state the child’s name and the month for which you are paying tuition fees. 7) Kindergarten fees – During regular attendance, we issue a legal representative with proof of expenses that he has demonstrably incurred for placing a dependent child in a preschool facility for a given tax period. Tuition fees are not refunded for unused days by the client. 9) A parent or legal guardian who benefits from a price advantage when enrolling for the entire school year (or attendance 1-5 months with a commitment) undertakes to contribute to the operation of the centre even during service interruptions by the operator for unforeseeable reasons beyond the operator’s control. In the event of interruption or cessation of the provision of the service by the provider due to situations beyond the provider’s control – health safety, quarantine, emergencies, natural disasters, accidents lasting more than 5 working days beyond the days off in the Centre school year organization, the client may request a refund of 20 percent of the tuition fee if the service was not provided for 15 days or more, he may request a refund of 10 percent of the tuition fee if the service was not provided 6-10 business days. The remaining amount of tuition is provided for the necessary operation. 10) Termination of attendance with a notice period – If it is necessary to terminate attendance before the end of the school year, the notice period is 2 months and starts from the 1st day of the following month before the written notice of termination was received. The centre is entitled to tuition fees in full for the entire period of notice (in the case of closing the centre for extraordinary reasons in a reduced amount), even if the client no longer uses the service. 11) Maintenance fee per place: a. In the case of a planned interruption of attendance of 3 months or more, in cases where the client does not want to terminate attendance with a notice period, but wants to keep a place for his child, it is possible to request a reduction in tuition to a maintenance fee of CZK 4,900 per month. Interruption of attendance must be notified to the operator 2 months in advance. There is no entitlement to this discount, it depends on the current possibilities of the operator. b. For health reasons – In justified cases, for example, for health reasons, attendance can be interrupted by agreement if the future planned absence is 3 months or more and a reduction in tuition fees to the maintenance fee of CZK 4,900 or can be terminated with notice. Cases are assessed individually. There is no entitlement to this discount, it depends on the current possibilities of the operator. c. Later arrival of the client – If the client requests a place in the future, the maintenance fee is CZK 4,900 per month. There is no entitlement to this discount, it depends on the current possibilities of the operator. FLEXI – ATTENDANCE WITHOUT LONG-TERM COMMITMENT COMMITMENT FOR 1-3 MONTHS NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT IN ADVANCE FOR THE ENTIRE ORDERED PERIOD Registration fee CZK 0.00 Price list of school fees per month of FLEXI attendance: full-day 8-17:30 (9.5 h), half-day 8-13:00 (5 h) 1 month – 5 days a week (20 days) 18,000 CZK (900 CZK/day) 16,000 CZK (800 CZK/day) 2 months – 5 days a week (40 days) 34,000 CZK (850 CZK/day) 30,000 CZK (750 CZK/day) 3 months – 5 days a week (60 days) CZK 45,000 (CZK 750/day) CZK 42,000 (CZK 700/day) Attendance other than 5 days a week – individual calculation CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION FOR ATTENDANCE – FLEXI 1) Flexi tuition for a predetermined period of 1-3 months (and more) Commitment only for the ordered period. 2) Flexi attendance can be used throughout the school year; the tuition payment schedule is agreed upon. 3) The school fee includes: care at the educational center according to the chosen length of attendance, the educational program in a bilingual environment (Czech language, English language), entrance to cultural and other educational events – Theater performances, Museum visits, Planetarium visits, Birthday parties, Children’s day, Visit of St. Nicholas with the angel, Christmas party, Garden party and other short-term events. The school also includes daily pre-school preparation for preschool children according to the weekly schedule. (Note: A one-time allowance may be levied for a pre-school class of 1500, – CZK /per year 4) The school fee does not include meal program 5) Tuition fees are not refunded for unused days ordered by the client. 6) Tuition fees are paid only for days when the centre is in operation. For days off, holidays, holidays or closing the centre for extraordinary reasons, 100 % of the daily rate of paid tuition is refunded according to the number of days that were paid, but the operation was interrupted. 7) The parent / legal guardian undertakes to pay the ordered tuition fees according to the selected attendance for all months ordered months in advance, within 3 working days from the signing of the application, which is considered a binding place order for the child. Tuition fees are paid to account number: 224 026 525/0300 at ČSOB, when paying, the name of the child and the period for which you are paying tuition fees will be stated.
